Does CodeCaseIQ provide property-owner phone numbers or emails?+
No. CodeCaseIQ does not provide personal phone numbers or personal email addresses. In supported counties, the Records feature includes property-owner names and owner mailing addresses sourced from public county assessor records; it does not include phone numbers or email addresses.
Does a code violation mean the owner wants to sell?+
No. A code violation is one property-level signal and does not mean that a property owner is motivated to sell. Users should conduct their own research and due diligence.
How much does CodeCaseIQ cost?+
The standard subscription is $100 per month and includes the first selected city. Each additional city is $50 per month.
Can I view older violations?+
Historical property and violation information may be viewable where available.
Can I export historical data?+
Standard export functionality is limited to eligible violation records from the most recent 30 calendar days.
